About Community Forum and Support

The legacy community forum is still open mainly for help on free products. Please search the forum, check the documentation, and the FAQ before you post. We use to answer every 48/72hs.

All customers are encouraged to submit a ticket to professional support http://support.extly.com. In this way, we can better answer and follow your issue. First Response: We answer all support tickets the same day (Mon-Fri).

In any case, please describe your problem in detail, and do not forget your PHP, Joomla and AutoTweet version. If you are still working with Joomla 1.5, upgrade as soon as possible to Joomla 2.5. On September, we are moving to Joomla 3.0.

right after line 918 ($opts = self::$CURL_OPTS;)

I get this message in the statusfield:

{"data":[{"installed":1,"status_update":1,"photo_upload":1,"video_upload":1,"create_event":1,"create_note":1,"share_item":1,"publish_stream":1,"manage_pages":1,"publish_actions":1,"user_groups":1,"user_events":1,"bookmarked":1}],"paging":{"next":"https:\/\/graph.facebook.com\/100001753674187\/permissions?limit=5000&offset=5000"}}Permissions publish_stream,manage_pages,user_events,user_groups,create_event not granted.

Seems something doesn't work or i'm doing something wrong

Anyone any idea?

Hi,

It seems you have solved the SSL Facebook connection, and now your are receiving the common error messages when AutoTweetNG is not authorized yet to post.

Please, check the channel status, and re-auhtorize Account/Channel.

Thanks,

Things get even stranger.

After trying some things i decided to try the NG-autotweet connector for testing. I managed to authorize the app.

I see a user-id and access-token but the User Name is empty.

When saving the Facebook account in the component i et this message:
{"error":{"message":"The access token could not be decrypted","type":"OAuthException","code":190}}Permissions publish_stream,manage_pages,user_events,user_groups,create_event not granted.

If it would make any sense i can PM to give access to the backend.

Please, try a full re-authorization:

In any case, you can create a ticket support.extly.com
