Super User wrote: Hi,
This might be a common issue, associating the Canvas Page and the Secure Canvas URL.
Which is your Canvas Page defined in the AutoTweetNG channel?
Which is the Secure Canvas URL configured in the Facebook App Configuration ?
Why does it matter?
I only put in the https because it would let me go any further in the setup and I then had to go setup an SSL account with my provider which was another hassle!
Does this means any https page I designate is going to this?
Please explain this anomaly!
Support Team wrote: If you send us the Canvas Page and Secure Canvas URL, we can quickly verify how you configured the channel and the Facebook App.
E.g. To check if the SSL certificate is enabled, if the SSL certificate chain is Ok, if the Facebook App is in Sandbox mode, etc.
