I use XTDir for SobiPro 5.4 and while I deleted from the SobiPro some categories, these categories even switched off appear in module "XTDir Categories of SobiPro".
Any suggestion?
Thanks

Hi,

If there is a structural change, you may have to reindex XTDir. If there are frequent changes , it is better if you automate the task: www.extly.com/docs/xtdir_for_sobipro/cronjob.html

Ηι,
The changes are not frequent.

1. Configuration / Core Index of SobiPro Entries menu item > enable Core Index Mode = on Page Load
2. button "Update Index"
3. Save & close
but deleted categories, appear in module "XTDir Categories of SobiPro"
If Ι choose displays: "403 - Unauthorized Access. // Please try one of the following pages"

Hi,

When you click on Update Index" button, XTDir index is updated and the module renders a new view with the latest changes on categories.

You can navigate the indexed entries in XTDir entries explorer.

If the index is updated, but the module is still showing different categories, then module may be cached in some way.

Finally, you are running an old version, we recommend to update to the latest version and work with the latest features, enhancements and bug fixes.
