Support Availability

Working days: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm (CET/CEST).

Priority: Paid membership customers.

First Response: We answer all tickets on the same day (Monday - Friday).

Reply time: Depending on the complexity of your support issue, it's usually between a few minutes and 24 hours. When we expect longer delays, we will notify you when you file a ticket or reply.
