Post Template

Overview

Post Template is a setting available that allows defining how to create the message based on content fields. It is a plugin feature available for extensions that provide custom fields.

In the following example, we show how to configure the plugin to publish social posts from Joomla! articles with a custom field.

TIP

The Post Template is applied by the plugin System - Perfect Publisher for Joomla Content (Articles). If you find that the custom fields are not loaded by the plugin, please, check the order of the system plugins, the "System - Perfect Publisher for Joomla Content (Articles)" must be executed after the "System - Fields". To solve it, order the system plugins and move the "System - Perfect Publisher for Joomla Content (Articles)" after the "System - Fields".

Default Configuration

Seblod fields have to be included in the message to configure custom fields in Post Template. For example, to configure a Post with "sample_field" a new line and article title:
